Tape Reels: Reflections

'Reflections', the inaugural release in our Tape Reels mini sample pack series, weaves together complex melodic components with tape artefacts, cyclic synth harmonies, and subtle piano performances. All of these elements are meticulously segmented, combined, and recorded onto tape.

Peter Bark is responsible for the recording and production, using a Tascam 414 Portastudio, a vintage Akai 4000DS reel to reel tape machine, and eurorack tape modules. The resulting layers, beautifully rendered and exquisitely produced, are ideal for those looking to incorporate ambient textures into their projects or those eager to experiment.
